Event Planning & Coordination
- Design event concepts and develop detailed plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- Manage venue selection and obtain the necessary permits for cycling events (races, exhibitions, workshops, etc.).
- Coordinate with local authorities, sponsors, and other key collaborators.
Participant & Partner Management
- Maintain communication with organizers and retailers, providing updates and fulfilling sponsorship agreements.
Fleet & Equipment Management
- Oversee the fleet of bicycles and event accessories, ensuring proper maintenance, preparation, and distribution for each event.
- Coordinate logistics for transporting, assembling, and disassembling bicycles and equipment.
- Guarantee that all bikes and accessories are safe, functional, and aligned with brand standards.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage event staff.
- Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations.
Post-Event Evaluation
- Gather feedback from participants, sponsors, and stakeholders to assess event success.
- Prepare reports on event outcomes, including financial performance and key learnings.
