Position Purpose: Responsible for executing low, medium and high-risk processes/tasks related to the EIM Data Governance area. In charge of maintaining data integrity and quality within the L.L.Bean systems. Work with counterparts to troubleshoot and get the required information to update business applications. If needed, provide information or support to the process owner in tasks related to training, tracking, metrics design, analysis and continuous improvement efforts.

About the role:

  • Process Planning/Coordination: Provides data and information for workload planning. Should keep the team informed of updates needed in the schedule or tracking files.

  • Process Execution: High execution of low, medium & high risk processes.

  • Process Control & Metrics: Acknowledges metrics and meets them, updates tracking files for metrics calculation, informs of issues and different situations that are not documented, supports the audit process for each process that he/she is involved in.

  • Problem Solving: Simple troubleshooting based on process documentation and with supervisor guidance.

  • System Knowledge: Understands the systems and data related to their processes.

  • Documentation: Creates and/or updates the processes documentation with supervisor guidance, suggests documentation changes and validates existing documentation.

  • Data Analysis: Basic with supervisor guidance, learns how to extract data from the different systems.

  • Projects: Executes tasks related to a specific project with supervisor guidance.

  • Inbox/User inquiries: Answers emails based on documentation and process knowledge. Asks for leader guidance when needed. Is capable of handling several mailboxes simultaneously and prioritize emails according to their urgency. In charge of sending the Virtual Board.

  • Training: Provides basic training related to their functions.

About you:

English Level: C1 (Advanced)

Education Level: 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree or Active Student in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related areas.
