Field Tester & Fleet Maintenance

SUMMARY

We are looking for a full-time Field Test Rider and Fleet Maintenance/ Mechanic to join our team in Cham, Switzerland. The role involves extensively testing our cutting-edge e-bikes, meticulously reporting any issues encountered, and ensuring the bikes are always in optimal riding condition. Clear and detailed feedback is essential for this position.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Field test ride
  • Ride e-bikes, including e-MTB and e-city bikes, for up to 25hrs/week
  • Execute specific ride missions to test different bike behaviours
  • Report any concerns/issues arising during the test
    

• Maintenance of the fleet
  • Maintain the test fleet in optimal riding conditions
  • Support the team with specific validation tasks of components
    

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN

• Very good fitness and experience in riding long hours
• Experienced Mountain Biker
• Previous experience as bike mechanic is preferred
• Passion for cycling, e-bikes, or outdoor active lifestyle.
• Availability to travel within Switzerland to support the test campaigns
